Caite has been wanting a messenger bag for school (instead of her backpack). I took her to the store a while back to get one and she didn't like anything she saw. However, when I was getting ear rings at a near by accessory store she saw a Vera Bradley bag. Yes, the girl has good taste. Fortunately so does my friend Liz. She studied a Vera Bradley bag on-line and was able to replicate it. She let me borrow her bag to study and make one for my Miss Fancy Pants. This is what she's getting for her birthday tomorrow. Stuffed with books and jewelry.

I think she will love it!

It turned out darling!!! Great job!! I hope she likes it!
I stumbled on your blog, after searching several of our old MTC group's blogs as well. I was in the MTC with Aaron and just had to ask you to tell him hello:) Especially when I read that you are going to our HOME town!! My husband and I met and lived in Cincinnati, and know several of the doctors at the Childrens hospital there. I am so jealous actually, as we have moved to Texas. (We were in the Cherry Grove ward and I give it HIGH marks!!) There are great schools and wonderful people in the area! Give Aaron my best regards..who knows, maybe one visit home I will run into your cute family! Hope you guys enjoy a wonderful Christmas together!!
It occurred to me that the last name Nish may not mean much to Aaron:) Back in those days..many moons ago, I was still a Whelan!! So, give him a big Hello from Sis.Whelan:)
